David Prys Jones & Edward Booth

founded the Company in November 1974 after having worked previously for the District Valuers Office and then local Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors in North Wales. Both are qualified Chartered Surveyors and fellows of the institution. In addition, Prys Jones is a fluent Welsh speaker so all business can be caried out both in English & Welsh.

Susan Gibson Jones

has been with the Company for over 31 years and has gained enormous experience within the office and now deals mainly within the sales department where she assists with house valuations for sale.

Maureen Hughes-Robertson

is our fluent Welsh speaker and has over 30 years experience having worked for several Auctioneers/Estate Agents from Anglesey and the North Wales Coast.

Carol Williams

is actively involved within our Sales Department and has gained valuable experience having worked within several local Estate Agents for many years.
