HOME INSPECTOR & ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE ASSESSORS

Government Legislation necessitates that a Home Information Pack (HIP) has to be prepared on all commercial property and residential property before a property can be advertised for sale.

The Home Information Pack consists of:-

• Optional Home Condition Report
• Energy Performance Certificate
• Sale statement
• Local Searches
• Proof of Title
• And any additional information relevant to the property

E J Booth in addition to being a Chartered Surveyor is also a qualified Home Inspector and Energy Performance Assessor.
